Data Deletion Guide
1 — SEND A DELETION EMAIL
• To: scape.app.xr@gmail.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request – [Your Scape Username]
Suggested email body (replace bracketed text):
Full name: [First Last]
Scape username: [@YourHandle]
Email linked to the account: [example@email.com]
Country/State of residence: [e.g., California, USA]
Request: Please delete my account and all personal data associated with it.
Optional: Please confirm when deletion is complete.
Important: Send the email from the same address linked to your Scape account.
If you must use a different address, note this in the message and be prepared to complete an identity-verification step.
2 — WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
• Acknowledgement – You will receive confirmation of receipt (or a request for more information) within a few business days.
• Processing – After verification, your account is queued for deletion. Active records are erased and any remaining backups or logs are removed or anonymised within the legally required timeframe.
• Completion – You will receive a final email once all personal data has been purged, except for minimal, non-personal records that Real Lies Corp. must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
3 — REVERSING THE REQUEST
If you change your mind before deletion is finalised, reply to the acknowledgement email with:
“Cancel my deletion request.”
Real Lies Corp. will confirm whether your data is still recoverable.
